Today in corporation with Dedan Kimathi Foundation, we planted more than 20,000 trees in order to preserve our environmental natural course. Dedan Kimathi Foundation is not only well recognized nationally but well- connected in the circles of humanity. Nairutia area in Nyeri County have done marvelous as nature calls for preservation of what God have called for.
Nyeri County Governor applauded CEO Evelyn Kimathi and the team for their efforts in a bid to make the world environment order become worth by presiding the occasion. DKF believes in making the world quite conducive as far as natural and environmental issues are concerned. Therefore, in partnership with other potential stakeholders we are always on board to restore natural order standing upright and unshaken for several years. Kimathi Foundation therefore appeals for more donations and funding from well-wishers to this effect.

“Over Thirty percent (30%) has already been planted so far, I appeal to the members of this County to plant more trees in their own lands in order to eradicate rainfall shortage” quoted Evelyn Kimathi. “At least three hundred thousands tree seedlings have been donated by our organization to schools, chiefs and other relevant public institutions to grace our environmental sphere. She also called on Kenyans to take responsibility and contribute to the goal of increasing the forest cover in our country.
